About this role:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the development and supervision of Field Ops team members within assigned geography.

  • Launching new technologies and driving field sales and clinical acumen

  • Provides ongoing training and development of AFC team members and facilitates and manages company-sponsored training and events, including in-person Regional Tech Nights.

  • Creates continuing development training tools to meet the demand of the AFC field force.

  • Participates as a core team member of the R&D Field Response Team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers (including all BSC divisions).

  • FARAPULSE & WATCHMAN Certified

To excel as a Field Ops Training Manager, several key skills are essential:

  1. Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and execute training events efficiently.

  1. Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with team members and trainees.

  1. Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during training sessions.

  1. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust training methods based on feedback and changing needs.
