• Design high-speed PCBs with proper routing, power plane design, and impedance control
• Create hardware schematics and PCB footprints
• Manage PCB layers for signal integrity
• Develop design rules and strategies for new IP
• Collaborate with engineers to create detailed PCB layouts
• Support quality objectives of the company

• Experience with high-speed digital PCB design
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing
• Experience with Cadence Allegro or Altium Designer
• Experience with stack up creation
• Experience with impedance control
• Experience with high-speed signals in high-density design

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in high speed board design.
• Expert in using Cadence or Altium PCB designer software
• Signal integrity understanding desired.
• Knowledge of simulation tools will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on industry standard like PCI-SIG / IEEE 802.3 ck will be an advantage
• Skills include product and technology development, customer application engineering, and global experience.
• Strong process and statistical thinking approach.
• Strong technical capabilities combined with a strong technical network.
• Open and collaborative style partnering with key stakeholders.
