Job Description

Use your organizational, technical, IT, administrative and quality-oriented skills. In this role you will work closely with colleagues and act as an essential support to the factory, playing a crucial role in the smooth running of operational and compliance processes as the manager's right-hand.

You are responsible for

• Meeting compliance and initiating improvements to various processes, including archiving, ESD, climate, AGVs, label printers and chemicals.

• Assisting employees in various IT and facility areas to ensure smooth handling of the assignment.

• Procurement of non-BOM materials.

• In the absence of the GFS Manager, temporarily fulfill this role as the manager's right hand.

For this position you need a customer-oriented attitude and the following qualities:

• MBO 4 or HBO.

• Insight and the ability to tackle various technical challenges.

• Well-developed IT skills necessary (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, SAP, Windchill, Ariba).

• Quality must be in your DNA. Strong proven organizational and communication skills. Customer-oriented attitude, good at stakeholder management and a team player.

• Willingness to take responsibility and show initiative.

• Being able to maintain a total overview, set priorities and make realistic planning.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
