As a Field Service Engineer - Fire/Security here at Honeywell, you will be the technical expert and guide in field service operations for fire and security systems. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, providing technical expertise and facilitating to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our 1 location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the safety and security of our customers by ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of fire and security systems. You will play a crucial role in protecting lives and property by providing timely and effective technical facilitation.
• Provide technical expertise and facilitation for field service operations of fire and security systems
• Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on fire and security systems

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire and security systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
