Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go).
- Experience in product research in an applied research setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a changing organization.
- Experience in descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistics, including t-test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and experimental design.
- Experience with survey research.
- Knowledge of research questions within a given domain, and technical tools for the analysis of data within that field.
- Excellent communication, visual design skills to engage a broad audience into data and insights.
