Description
- Strong leadership, management, planning and co-ordination skills.- Proven industry experience in this or a related field.- Experience with modern machine learning algorithms including large language models.- Engage with others to find opportunities, understand requirements, and translate those requirements into technical solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Detailed understanding of common machine/deep learning algorithms and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: time series forecasting, anomaly detection, convex optimization, computer vision, NLP, recommendation system and Auto ML
- Proven skill of negotiating and distilling sophisticated technical requirements from multiple partners into a coherent long-term platform roadmap.
- Proven experience in implementing and training large language models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with leading projects and co-ordinating work across a team.
- Excellent project management skills including project structuring and leading work streams interdependently.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to convey meticulous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Mandarin Chinese and English
