In this role, you’re expected to:

The Sec & Derivatives Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for processing unlisted fund orders and transactions coordination with various business stakeholders. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement, corporate action, as well as investigation and escalation handling.

• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic securities processing procedures and industry standards
• Process various unlisted fund tasks, including calculating order processing, corporate action processing, reconciling cash and holdings, and handling of queries from client and business stakeholders.
• Offer advanced solutions for assigned securities processing areas
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
• Serve as analytical or procedural expert for securities processingdeliverables/initiatives
• Assist with the development of new techniques and streamlining processing activities
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Able to work on Malaysia's public holidays

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 5-8 years of strong work experience in Securities Services Operation – Custody Fund knowledge
• Degree (or equivalent experience) required or operational experience with leadership and project management skills preferred.
• Senior management experience
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
