Engage clients and prospects via inbound and outbound calls
Confidently articulate the value proposition for Citi Personal Wealth Management and digital programs available
Provide exceptional support and issue resolution for digital clients, assuming end-to-end ownership for client needs
Assist clients as needed with investment related tasks, including:
Account modifications
Options applications/agreements, if applicable
Guidance on utilizing online resources
Resolving client issues escalated by Operations and Account Opening teams
Qualify banking referrals and marketing enrollments for digital accounts
Assist with onboarding and account opening for new clients
Introduce clients to segment partners where appropriate (including but not limited to Citigold Advisors, Citi Priority Advisors, Relationship Managers, and Banking partners)
Proactively contact digital clients to discuss platform and navigational questions
Accurately track client interactions, update records of open client issues and monitor progress
Build rapport with internal and external partners, utilizing Salesforce regularly for communication ofissues/tasks/opportunitiesrequiring attention
Comply with all applicable banking and investment laws, regulations, company polices, and procedures
Provide timely feedback to senior management to identify client pain points and barriers to exceptional service; present suggestions for process improvement
Qualifications:
Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) Licenses required
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of role related experience
Insurance license preferred
Experience and knowledge of investment and banking products, as well as superior networking and interpersonal skills
Takes ownership of effort, performance, and making a positive team impact
Exceptional ability to apply problem solving skills to satisfy client servicing and fulfillment needs
