- Experience with diagnosing, navigating, and troubleshooting computer hardware and server hardware.
- Experience working within a data center or network operation center environment.
- Experience with hardware and operating systems (e.g. Linux), and networking protocols.
- Experience in network or Linux system administration, web or software development, and troubleshooting, across 2 SOC cycles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Linux, hardware, networking servers, networking protocols, and data center networking.
- Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, Routing, VLANs, Load Balancing, etc.).
- Ability to understand, debug, and implement network protocols.
