Key job responsibilities
Support local users by installing, supporting and fixing issues on the IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications
Manage tickets, providing both first and second-line support
Provide proactive maintenance to maximise the availability of all IT equipment
Implement projects and deliver innovations together with other IT Service colleaguesA day in the life
- Relevant experience of using hardware and software including Microsoft Office or Windows in an IT role
- Relevant experience working within an IT support environment or in IT asset management and purchasing
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- A valid driving license
- Advanced proficiency in local language, verbally and in writing
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- A degree in Computer Science or another technical field
- Experience in networking infrastructure
- Experience in improving existing processes and procedures
- Experience in developing clear and concise documentation
