We’re seeking a diligent, detail-driven professional to provide vital expertise in support of our manufacturing processes. This individual will proactively drive cross-functional strategic problem solving and be responsible for leading their vehicle function group to meet objectives. Review and react to incoming warranty claims data daily, contact dealership/s for parts and repair diagnoses, participate in customer call back to ensure proper understanding of customer feedback, review returned parts for root cause analyses and develop Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions.
