As Portfolio Analytics team, we support analytical functions across the US Consumer Business. Few notables among the multiple areas that we work in:
- New Product Development: Support new product development through relevant insights and recommendations focused on driving customer engagement and revenue
- Value Proposition Analytics: Impact of product features and marketing offers are established through rigorous analytical efforts to understand the shift in customer requirements and sentiments to enable recommendation of necessary changes to drive customer delight along with profitability
- Customer Segmentation: Develop segmentation through usage of various key business parameters by understanding the underlying core dynamics in Branded Cards
- Initiatives to meet Plan: Design and own multiple analytical interventions in the Branded Cards area to meet the year end goals
- P&L forecasting for ECM customers: Regular forecasts of Cards P&L at varied level of granularity to guide strategic budget and revenue planning
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Advanced process management skills, organized and detail oriented
- Curious about learning and developing new skillsets
- Positive outlook with a can-do mindset
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master Preferred
