Responsibilities:

• Experience delivering large technology programs for financial services client. Over 15-18 years of experience in IT and Software development.
• Has handled large teams and complex technical delivery.
• Experience in various delivery methods include Agile delivery.
• Experience in Project management – able to manage schedule, cost and governance of the program.
• Adept at raising risk, issues on a timely manner with mitigation plan.
• Extensive client experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth management.
• Stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Account Profit&Loss – profitability metrics – analysis, managing profitability.
• Works with go to market team at the early stages of proposal to ensure the estimates are realistic and can be delivered. Involved in project handover once the deal converts from sales to delivery.
• Responsbile for operational aspects of team-ramp-up, onboarding for the clients.

Other requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Bachelor of Engineering
• MBA nice to have.
