Overall Description: Reporting tothe Functional Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for managing projectsand deployments identified through Corporate initiatives or improvement ideasfrom initial baselining to handover of process to the CX community.
HoneywellCustomer Experience Alignment & Responsibilities: Serve as BA CX Functional Excellence representation related to Corporate & BA CX initiatives
Create and execute improvement plans using Lean Six Sigma tools and skills
Support reporting and data analytics
Maintain SQL workflows
Maintain/ develop tableau reports
Create/ maintain SAP reports
Drive EDW adoption, verify EDW fields
Use Project Management methodologies to track and control deployment plans
Support Digitization Initiatives by working closely with IT
Identify and deliver new continuous improvement opportunities
Demonstrate effective communication and change management process related to all Corporate CX initiatives
