Responsible for executing partners fleet strategy, facilitating the analysis of partners marketplace trend, and delivering partners high-quality fleet projects.
Closely work together with internal marketplace team, marketing team, finance team and Demand and Supply Management and partners fleet development team to ensure the feasible door opening / renovation cadence through city cluster strategy.
Responsibilities
Work closely with fleet director to continuously improve fleet productivity under the joint fleet development vision with partners through city cluster strategy.
Deep dive commercial insights from marketplace, synergize opportunities and collaborate marketplace mechanism.
Seamlessly execute marketplace fleet development plan and improve partners fleet structure as well as optimize partners profit accordingly.
Develop strong cross functional relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketplace Planning team, Account expansion team, Marketing and financial team, also cultivate team innovation & creativity through national collaborations
Enhance partners fleet development capabilities and drive better co-working fleet process & clear R&R.
Requirements of this role
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
More than 5 working experiences in sports or retail related industry.
Strong partner management skills.
Strong communication and influence skills.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
Rich knowledge of marketplace / city clusters and retail concept.
Knowledge of financial P&L analysis and business forecast.
