KeyResponsibilities:

  • Support and enabletheproductizationof leading-edgeEbeamtechnologiesthroughout the product development

  • Physics,MechanicalDesign,Engineering,Quality assurance&NPIto ensure seamless integration of new processes.

Research & Development:

  • Define and implement measurestoachievethe rightmaturitylevel of new products to enabletheintroduction intoseries

  • Focus ondesign for manufacturability (DFM)and understanding of the technology spaceof ourvendors

  • test,andestablishdesign ruleswithin the R&D teamfor the developmentprocess

  • new designsvia designing and performing relevant

  • and mitigate potential risks in the development processes.


Process Optimization:

  • Define and apply risk management and problem-solving methodologies to complex technical projects

  • mplementnewproductizationprocesses

  • data analysis processesto enable data driven

  • Support withdefiningthepilot production strategy

Qualifications:

  • degree inEngineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.

  • elevantexperience in product development, preferably within semiconductor, advanced optics,or a comparablehigh-techfield.

  • Preferably knowledge and experience in the field of electron microscopy, ultra-high vacuum, and high voltage technology

  • Proven experienceinrisk analysis methodologies (e.g.,FMEA) and design of experiments (DoE)

  • in data analysis and interpretation using software such as MATLAB, Python, or similar.

  • Mechanical designexpertiseand good understanding of relevant manufacturing technologies and limitations

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
