This role as a Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to the Global Risk CAO / Transformation Lead in the day to day operation of the Risk function primarily managing the calendar and emails, organising meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing expenses and other administrative tasks such as preparation of PowerPoints and other Microsoft office documents.


What you’ll do:

  • Manages day to day calendar and inbox with actions as necessary
  • Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls
  • May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
  • Proactively follow-up with stakeholders for decks, material and actions
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Coordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
  • Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense system
  • Orders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay system
  • Process and follow-up on Virtual Requests
  • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we’ll need from you

  • Previous Global Senior Executive Assistant experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization
  • Ability to prioritise and influencing, forward thinking and a keen problem solver is essential
  • High attention to detail whilst been pro-active is essential
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills
  • Secretarial College training preferred but not essential
  • University Degree preferred but not essential.
