As System Service Representative at IBM, you will be responsible to:
1. Cover multiple clients (remotely and onsite) for IBM Power and OEM servers
2. Support incident handling, account support, and project services.
3. Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client.
4. Plan and execute service planning (spare part and knowledge).
•Experienced System Service Rep for IT Projects / Professional services, and/or software development project
•Skill required: Primary IBM Power, AIX + Linux.
