Your Key Responsibilities
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Finance, or a related field and at least 7-10 years of related work experience
- A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience with a mid-to-large size public accounting firm, professional consulting firm, or within industry (financial services, technology)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology delivery project /product management
- Hands-on experience in leading the design, development and delivery of solutions or infrastructure and large-scale programs including:
- Business process and workflow design
- Business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping
- Ability to design and create an effective IT environment for business operations, aligned to the overall business purpose and activities
- Knowledge of development and operations (DevOps) practices for software configuration, integration and deployment to various platforms and operating environments
- Quality Assurance and Testing
- Data modeling and lineage
- Demonstrated experience in Banking (Consumer, Commercial banking or Payments) specifically in one of the following domains:
- Mortgages, Auto, Home Equity Originations and Servicing
- Deposit and Loan Operations, ATM, Debit, Prepaid Cards, ACH, Wires
- Treasury Management, Investments, Credit Processes
- Payment Products and Lifecycle, Payment Authorization and Clearing
- Risk, Regulatory, and Strategic Oversight
- At least 7 years of experience in managing and supervising teams of professional employees and mentoring team members through development feedback and performance processes
- Understanding of key technology and services vendors and products supporting the lending industry
- Strong analytical skills; specifically, the ability to diagnose end-to-end lending originations and servicing operations to identify opportunities to improve performance and effectiveness; six-sigma certification or exposure to other process improvement methodologies a plus
- Exceptional core consulting skills (e.g., creative thinking, problem solving, client and stakeholder management)
- Extensive experience in leading large client engagement teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
Ideally, you will also have
- Post-graduate / Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Finance or a related field
- Certifications in Program and/or Project Management Practices (e.g., PgMP, PMP, Agile (Scrum, Scaled etc.)

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $169,900 to $388,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $203,900 to $441,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
