About the role:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Program Lead specializing in Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intelligent Automation, and Process Optimization to play a pivotal and strategic role within our organization. This position is fundamental in driving engagement and understanding of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring that we maintain our competitive edge in the market. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Intelligent Automation, you will serve as an individual contributor, spearheading transformative initiatives and collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise and Global Business Services organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies aimed at the widespread adoption and integration of Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and Process Optimization principles throughout the organization.
- Engagement and Education: Lead initiatives to enhance awareness and comprehension of Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and Process Optimization methodologies among diverse business units and teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise and Global Business Services organization, providing regular updates and insights on the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Change Management: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, providing guidance and support to teams as they navigate the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the efficacy and impact of Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and Process Optimization initiatives, delivering comprehensive reports and analysis to leadership.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration and synergy among cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency across various business units and functions.
- Knowledge Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and Process Optimization, offering guidance and training to team members to ensure organizational readiness and competence.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading strategic programs or projects related to artificial intelligence, automation, or process optimization.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Progress Automation, and Lean methodologies, with a track record of translating technical concepts into tangible business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Proven ability to drive strategic change and foster innovation within a large organization.
