Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute global multi-year, integrated commercial plans for the drug-eluting therapies business, ensuring alignment with franchise and business objectives.
  • Drive execution of the commercial strategy to meet revenue, profitability and budget objectives
  • Lead the positioning and messaging for new product introductions or expansions; partner with regional marketing to ensure consistency across geographies.
  • Partner closely with the US marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders on execution of the AGENT US product launch and key initiatives
  • Partner with regional marketing and cross-functional counterparts to plan and execute commercial strategies and programs.
  • Effectively lead team of marketing product managers to achieve excellent performance in downstream marketing activities and product management.
  • Coach teams to develop simple, differentiated, concise messages and to create innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs, and tools to create value and drive preference.
  • Establish in-depth knowledge of the drug-eluting therapies environment; provide insights in the formulation of the Global 5-year Strategic Plan, Global Annual Operating Plan (AOP), market models, supply forecasting and revenue forecasting.
  • Identify and communicate competitive threats and opportunities for the franchise and lead competitive action /response plans.
  • Work with colleagues in key functional areas, including R&D, sales, reimbursement, supply chain, clinical, medical affairs, and regulatory to drive business objectives.
  • Spend time in the field to gain market and clinical insights, and build relationships with key physicians to drive education, market adoption and innovation of BSC products.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical)
  • 5+ years of medical device marketing experience
  • Experience planning and managing product launches
  • Track record of success leading cross-functionally and with global partners to develop plans, strategies, and tools to maximize sales potential
  • Demonstrated experience developing and giving presentations to internal and external customers including sales teams, physicians, cardiovascular service line administrators, and executives
  • Travel – approximately 25%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (such as MBA)
  • Exceptionally strong collaboration skills coupled with a “team-first” leadership philosophy
