This position is
responsiblefor department functions supporting Paying/Transfer Agent Operations, including:

  • Inquiry receipt, review, response/resolution (including liaising internally to resolve), Expected & Unallocated, E&U Exceptions.

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; maintaining all appropriate documentation

  • Maintaining and developing ongoing internal inter-department and external customer relationships

  • Making recommendations on how to standardize processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and/or service quality

  • Other tasks as assigned, from time to time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm CST

: 3 days in office (flexible); 2 days remote

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Typically, three to five years of customer service experience

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Manage time effectively

  • Ability to perform interest calculations and account adjustments

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21 - $35.43
