Senior Platform Analyst


Your role:

  • Senior Platform Analyst is a counterpart of Product Owner and interfaces with Business - BPE, BPO and BIOs for functional requirements and works together with architects, delivery managers, IT Tech leads and 3rd parties (vendors) in the scrum teams to develop, guide/help and oversee/implement IT solutions

  • Helps the business identify the IT business needs defining the acceptance criteria, for all the agreed requirements specification and is responsible for UAT, Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution

  • Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on Releasability, Reliability, Security and performance and platform architecture principles & guidelines and drive improvements across standards, guidelines & process

  • Involved in release planning and drives scope of release and responsible for the functional content and behaviour of the application by identifying the implications of business process changes on IT technology through needed analysis, cross functional dependencies, risk assessment, IT process (re)design and ultimately implementing the IT application, including training of customers

  • Support Intake business requirements and deliver Solution Design together with BPO/BPE, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Project Manager and other key stakeholders and handover to delivery teams/scrums

  • Stay current with Market knowledge on Platform Technology Curve

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master's degree from a reputed college or University

  • 15 years of IT experience covering expertise in HCM , Learning, Integrations, Enabling functions domains andPeople management

  • Minimum 5 years of people manager experience/leadership skills, leading the cross skilled teams globally

  • Minimum 5 years of functional and technical experience in Workday platform in all domains (Recruiting, Core HR, Absence, Time tracking, Comp & advance Compensation, Talent and performance, reporting , Integrations and Adaptive planning) involved in execution, rollouts and projects

  • Expertise in E2E application life cycle management

  • Experience inteaming up with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers and Project Managers in driving common goals

  • Working experience working in Agile, ITIL and DevOps practices, delivering IT solutions and Work with Devops teams for all operational activities including Incidents, MEC, YEC and service Catalogues

  • Strong Consulting, Analytical and Interpersonal skills, understand business, trends and the direction technology must take to support the business

  • Strong influence from architecture of business process, IT solutions, tool selection and working with cross functional teams

  • Effective communication, constructive feedback, emotional intelligence, and creativity.

  • Enrich technology and business process expertise in the team. Enhance activeparticipation/engagementof the pool team

  • Certified in one or more functional domain and related business processes
