Logistics Management of Local Inbound & Outbound process

Supervise third-party logistics providers (3PLs) in establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for brokerage and customs clearance services, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Oversee brokers and freight forwarders responsible for preparing proper documentation for customs clearance in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Global Trade Compliance and Custom of HKSAR. Supervise 3PLs in executing order preparations based on compliance, SOPs, and product categories (e.g., air-conditioned/cold, finished products). Ensure adequate storage conditions are maintained locally, aligned with distribution models in the market and efforts to reduce CO2 emissions. Provide oversight to the distributor operations team, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes with key performance indicators (KPIs) in service level agreements (SLAs).

Project Management

Design & develop a types of data analytics to support a Supply Chain optimize its performance and or support SCM lead make more strategically guided decisions. Support and participate varieties projects required in local business needs or relating Supply Chain Management. Support local projects and be part of the project team to implement Supply Chain transformation initiatives.

Financial & Control management

1. Support financial updates and procedures related to inventory status reflection

2. Prepare a forecast of D&L spending in brokerage services fees for customs clearance and port to door services monthly within budget.

3. Propose inventory provisions for financial updates on quarterly basis.

4. Review 3rd party distributor services fees per terms & conditions in Agreement on monthly basis.

Experience Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Computer literate with advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• SAP, Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong Data analytical and priority management skills
• Ability and willingness to fast learning.
• A team player, who can work autonomously.
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Sense of problem solving and decision making.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management may be an advantage
