What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Manage the project cycle for Utility Projects and oversee all field teams and installation
- Communicate with client on contractual obligations, schedules, milestones, change orders, documentation and required submittals
- Define elements of work and develop scope of work for subcontracts and manage bid process for subcontracted work
- Interact with a diverse team to communicate status updates and identify potential risks in project plan
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, a related field, or equivalent in experience
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, with 2+ years within the battery energy storage industry
- Extensive knowledge of general construction methods, electrical (LV, MV, & HV) construction means and methods
- Ability to read and understand design and construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracts, and the bid management
- Excellent ability to manage critical path, schedule optimization, and budget on multiple projects
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of IRA and associated compliance obligations
- Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification preferred
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and MS Project experience strongly preferred
