You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
4+ years experience inPlanning/Buying/Saleswith emphasis on retail/wholesale financial planning and analysis with advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to leverage large amounts of data, identify critical information, develop recommendations and influence through compelling communication.
Able to think critically and understand the potential of a product in the marketplace while identifying gaps to tops-down and bottoms-up financial plan.
Travel up to 15% of the time.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
On any given day you might be developing style-level plans that influence buy and supply decisions while partnering with key stakeholders. You’ll also continuously monitor performance indicators keeping a pulse on the business: analyzing sales results, managing product forecasts, in season recommendations and sharing actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
You will create plans that optimize business health while achieving financial targets.
You will use strong communication skills with internal/external partners to elicit information, cultivate productive dialogue, verbalize ideas, and align financial plans with an overarching strategy.
You will enable success by collaborating with multiple cross functional internal teammates that are based in multiple locations, a remote leader and external planning counterparts.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented, team mentality environment.
