Description
Responsibilities of this role include:• Execute manual & automated testing, focused on Mac technologies• Support triaging of internal bug reports• Analyze test results of automated system, conduct defect isolation by means of data-mining and comparative analysis• Provide status reports for the team, cross-functional partners, and management• Work with cross-functional partners to examine the various testing and issues reported
Minimum Qualifications
- Industry QA/QE experience
- Excellent problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
- Working knowledge of UNIX-based systems and command-line tools for debugging, analysis, and automation
- Experienced in Bash, Python, or C/C++
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent debugging, trouble shooting, optimization, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Creative thinker and passionate about quality
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience with functional and performance testing for both mobile and desktop platforms
- Experience leading projects or previous leadership experience
