As our next Machine Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of assembling and inspecting products, following Standardized Work Instructions. Your expertise in operating CNC machines and understanding GD&T, engineering drawings, and precision measuring instruments will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Skilled operation of CNC machines.
- Thorough understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and use of precision measuring instruments.
- Demonstrating a high level of mechanical aptitude and skill when manually handling machine parts.
- Troubleshooting abilities for working with a wide variety of materials.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with other plant personnel.
- Adhering to and maintaining safe work practices, including WHMIS requirements.
- Reading and understanding Production Sheets for accurate part completion.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset, but not required.
- Able to use and accurately interpret designated measuring systems for parts inspection.
- Thorough understanding of process sheets and ability to follow them consistently.
- Familiarity with traceability procedures and specific product process requirements.
- Basic mathematical skills with particular emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
