The key responsibilities
Support Product Owner/Manager in backlog management and refinement
to ensure the most valuable outcomes
Collaborate with partners and customers to co-develop product roadmaps and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for coordination between teams (DevOps, Architects and other Scrum Masters) and assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, user enablement etc.
Act as the Scrum Master of EY or client agile teams in single implementation project or digital transformation programs
Coach EY and client teams in using Agile ways of working and scrum practices
Build and maintain a high performing, self-organizing, dynamic team(s)
Support the facilitation of learning and continuous improvement in operating Scrum and in implementing and improving relevant practices
Ensure scrum teams achieve their objectives keeping the teams focused on their goals and end-user satisfaction
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
Identify impediments and provide appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels as required
Report on the status of delivery using agreed reporting metrics e.g. burndown
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment
To qualify for the role, you must have / be able to demonstrate a combination of the following:
Scrum Master (PSM) or any other relevant Scrum certifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations (Greek and/or English)
Excellent problem solver in a collaborative way
Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s)
Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset
Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Proficiency in one or more of the following competencies
2+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master
Experience as an Agile coach
Consolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scum, Kanban)
Experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master
Knowledge in identifying and applying OKRs
Ideally, you’ll also have
A willingness to travel to meet client needs as required
Appetite to take ownership of several initiatives
Good appreciation of current market trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players
Dedication to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team
Natural curiosity and the confidence to provide alternative options or suggestions when you see something that could be improved
Passion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients
