As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking a range of technical engineering-based tasks including strategic planning, design and design management, project management and asset management consultancy services in the Water Infrastructure and Water Resources markets across the ANZ region. The role will be responsible for delivering a range of projects to achieve successful technical and commercial outcomes and supporting client relationship management and technical leadership throughout ANZ.
You will keep abreast of new methods, technologies and developments impacting the industry, Jacobs and our clients in order to contribute to the strategic direction of the group. You will facilitate
Jacobs in maintaining a competitive advantage by identifying strategic pursuits and applying the latest technical developments in project delivery.
You will support the ANZ business in work winning activities including client engagement and supporting bids and proposals. Through regular industry participation you will maintain and grow strong client relationships, identify emerging opportunities and act as a trusted adviser to a select group of key clients. You will help maintain compliance with Jacobs QA/QC procedures including technical reviews.
You will facilitate the technical development of less senior personnel and actively engage in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing, project planning and resource coordination.
