- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis skills.
