You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and orschoolwork/classes/research.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduated with bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related degree.

  • 1+ years of related experience manipulating data, using PBI / Excel and knowledge of basic formulas -but not limited to-: sum, count, average, True/False, IF statements, v-lookups.

  • Willingness of elaborating / manipulating pivot tables, build different types of graphs / tables to summarize / interpret data for better decision-making processes.

  • Excellent communication in both Spanish and English (advanced)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service roles.

  • Over 6 months of experience working with SAP and/or Salesforce systems

  • Communication skills in Portuguese

  • Database knowledge / experience is an added advantage
