Principal SaaS Partner Program Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for HP's Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) in collaboration with managed services partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with key managed services providers (MSPs) to drive adoption of HP's WXP among their client base.
- Work closely with MSPs to align HP's WXP capabilities with their service offerings and strategic objectives.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of HP's WXP to MSPs and their end-clients.
- Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and sales teams to develop effective partnership strategies and value propositions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement of the WXP and go-to-market approach.
- Generate progress reports for senior leadership on the adoption and success of HP's WXP within the MSP ecosystem.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional HP software products and services within the MSP channel.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the IT services or software industry.
- Strong understanding of managed services operations, IT software solutions, and the evolving MSP business model.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the strategic value of HP's WXP to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience in developing and executing partner-led go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop clear business cases and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
