Key job responsibilities- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving security needs of the business.
- Develop and maintain automated processes for the efficient management and scaling of our endpoint security services.- Leverage various monitoring and analysis tools to proactively identify and address security risks.
- Evaluate and test new capabilities to enhance our endpoint security platform.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in endpoint security, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

- Bachelor's degree in STEM field or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- 3+ years Experience in information technology in a related industry
- 3+ Years experience with managing and deploying Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Anti-Virus (AV), and or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) services
- Experience in deploying and supporting applications and infrastructure in a 24x7 production environment
- Experience working with different Operating Systems such as Linux/Unix, macOS, and Windows. Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, and and familiarity with shell scripting (e.g., Bash)
