will be using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test scanning units of intraoral scanners.
In this role, you will…
- Operate production line jigs and manufacturing devices.
- Responsible for quality control.
- Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications.
- Reject product outside of specifications.
- Complete daily production logs.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Repair Lab Supervisor.
- Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organize work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Working with external parties.
In this role, you’ll need …
- 7+ years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler
- Experience in assembly of optical/electronic systems.
- Reading and understanding drawing of mechanical systems.
- Working according to an SOP.
- Experience as a technician in an assembly line.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently Hebrew
- English – Advantage.
- High school graduate.
- Working with Microsoft Excel/Work -must
