Your impact
Construction Project Managerwho thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. You will be reporting directly to the Program Manager and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide construction oversight to Operating Accounts Receivables (OAR) and resolve complex construction project related issues and disagreements.
Here's what you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in construction /management/inspection for building projects with strong background in rail, transit, Communications and Systems Integration.
- Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements.
- Able and willing to work flexible hours to support the Project needs.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in construction/engineering related field
- Certified Construction Manager, Project Management certifications and/or PE.
- OSHA 30 training.
