Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting collaborative commercial projects with key internal teams and cross-functional partners (Business Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, Medical Education, HEMA, Sales, etc.)
  • Generating recurring reports to support strategic planning and performance monitoring for the Vascular business
  • Supporting cross-functional partners with ad-hoc data and material requests for executive presentations, dashboards, and other communication materials
  • Partnering with internal teams to manage key enablement resources, system security access, and data validation
  • Driving adoption and rollout of strategic digital and commercial initiatives
  • Helping standardize data collection and reporting processes to ensure consistency and accuracy

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business strategy, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical function
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other reporting/analytical tools
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik)
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive adoption of new tools or processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
