Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, other relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of professional experience as a product leader driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
- Experience with AI/ML and related technologies particularly applying them to enterprise applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience motivating others at all levels by creating a shared sense of vision and purpose.
- Ability to balance detailed, technical guidance with “big picture” strategy, enabling teams to deliver products that are effective and also creating new ways to approach problems.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations and product areas to get things done, and comfort with organizational complexity.
- A track record of delivering complex projects with a bias to action and solid outcomes.
- Proven track record of delivering successfully within timelines.
