- Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Proactively leading all client renewal and upsell activities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
- Showcase Artlist's value proposition aligned to the clients’ creative business needs
- Keep regular customer engagement and touchpoints to gain feedback and check-in
- Accountable for performance forecasts for renewals and upsells
- Maintain an accurate CRM and individual pipelines
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and a great client experience
- Handle technical or commercial challenges and escalation processes
- Work with Artlist Content teams to deliver added value to clients wherever possible
The ideal candidate has:
- A winning mindset, positive attitude, and likes to take ownership for business initiatives and tasks
- Ability to multitask client day-to-day activities and larger Account Management initiatives.
- Min. 1-2 years of Account Management experience dealing with renewals and upsells
- Excellent knowledge of account management practices, portfolios creation, renewal tracking - must
- Proficiency in presentation building and CRM software processes (Salesforce, )
- Ability to manage worldwide accounts (EMEA, APAC, US)
- Languages: English (native level or equivalent) - must
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - must
- Additional language (a big bonus!!)
- Knowledge of the creative / digital agency ecosystem (a bonus!!)
