Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in management consulting, an operations-related function, or equivalent field; or 12 years with an advanced degree in business, finance, or accounting.
- 5 years of experience directly leading a team.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications.
- Experience leading process improvement projects and influencing and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading and planning enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with experience applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design.
