Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of experience in management consulting, an operations-related function, or equivalent field; or 12 years with an advanced degree in business, finance, or accounting.
5 years of experience directly leading a team.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications.
Experience leading process improvement projects and influencing and managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience leading and planning enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent data analysis skills, with experience applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design.
