What you'll do

Be part of the engineering team located in Bangalore and work in a highly motivated Scrum team.Your responsibility will be to cover all stages and tasks within the entire software development cycle:

• You work as a Java developer in an agile development team according to the agile Scrum methodology
• You develop both new functionalities and cloud qualities (“non-functional requirements” e. g. product standards like security, reliability, scalability, supportability, performance, health check monitoring) building large-scale, highly distributed and fault-tolerant services and processes.
• You take over full end2end responsibility for design, implementation, quality assurance, testing, maintenance, DevOps and support.
• You have a strong customer focus and cloud mindset (“You build it, you run it.”).You adhere to Engineering processes & SLAs, and you contribute to second level cloud customer support together with other locations.
• You closley collaborate with colleagues across functions and organizations, e.g. PM, UA, UX.
• You constructively contribute to change management, engineering excellence and continuous improvement
• High quality, service and customer-oriented working attitude

What you bring

• Experience in Microservice Development is an advantage
• 3+year of experience in spring boot, domain driven development.
• Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins etc. and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
• Experience in integration with frontend and backend through OData is an advantage
• Experience of application development especially in the HCM area is an advantage
• SRE (Site reliability engineering) experience is a strong advantage
