Successfully supporting systems administration will require, among other things, developing a deep understanding of BCRM methodologies, system configuration capabilities, related data and file transfers, and the general architecture of the system.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing user support through monitoring, investigating and addressing user questions.
Gathering and managing system change requests, including maintaining and helping prioritize the backlog of user change requests.
Monitoring and managing system access requests.
Communicating and reporting on user questions and concerns, configuration backlog priorities, and system access status.
Looking for opportunities to continuously improve system administration processes and user interactions.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of system administration experience or application help desk experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management
At least 2 years of system administration experience or application help desk experience
