As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a pivotal player in orchestrating technical resources and activities to ensure customer success. Your role will involve guiding customers through Cisco's innovative solutions, providing architectural insights, and ensuring seamless integration of our products. Serve as a Technology/Product/Solution consultant in technical sales.
Orchestrate Cisco resources to ensure successful project completion.
Provide technical guidance and design mentorship alongside Cisco Architecture Seller team(s)
Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance customer success.
Educate customers on Cisco’s unique product differentiation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent.
8-12 years of presales experience in a technical position
In-depth knowledge of Cisco products and technologies
Advanced technical expertise in Networking Solutions, SDN Architecture, and Network Security
Ability to engage in CxO-level discussions and demonstrate Cisco’s value
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with large Public Sector/Manufacturing/ITES/BFSI customers.
CCNP/CCIE certifications are preferable
Proven ability to formulate and communicate a solution vision
Ecosystem platform skills and certifications (Cloud, Security)
Experience in handling large enterprises and public-sector organizations
