- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.
- 5 years of experience analyzing regulation and using the insights to inform product development.
- Experience with risk management or compliance in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, public sector, healthcare).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Infrastructure systems, security assessments, and security processes.
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud engineering practices.
- Experience in problem-solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and engage with a globally distributed team.
