Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced environment while working with tight deadlines and contributing to a dynamic environment.
Understanding how to identify key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics from data.
Understanding the small- and medium-sized business (SMB) segment and its needs and challenges.
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing demands of the business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate insights to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
