Description
Bench test, debug, and characterization of embedded on-chip circuitry involving Data Converters, and FiltersDevelopment of benchtop electrical tests exercising on-chip circuitry through a combination of FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog interfacesDrafting & Execution of scripts to automate tests, extract results, and generate reports using database and analytical toolsGenerating reports for characterization and/or debugging to provide design feedbackIn-system PI/SI measurements for correlation with simulation modelsSupporting ATE and Product Engineering
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in AMS test development that includes: review specification document; draft validation plan; build test bench; and perform data collection with automation
  • Strong fundamental understanding of Data Converters, Filters, and FFT Transformation
  • Experience in Cellular, WIFI, or BT system validation is a strong plus
  • Proficient in lab instruments such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Pattern Generator, etc.
  • Experienced in scripting language, Python preferred, to automate test and analyze data
  • Detail-oriented & Emphasis on quality of results
  • Initiative in taking ownership & responsibility to drive deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on lab experience including soldering/instrumenting systems is a plus
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
