We are looking for an exceptional candidate with 10-15 years of professional experience, Lean Six Sigma (preferably a black belt) certification, and a proven track record in consulting and stakeholder management within Banking and financial services, preferably in commercial banking space.

Job Summary:

As a Process Improvement Manager within our Commercial Banking team, you will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will also serve as an expert trainer, equipping our employees with lean six sigma and process improvement methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as an expert consultant/advisor, leveraging deep knowledge and experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
  • Act as an expert trainer for employees in lean six sigma and process improvement methodologies, right from grassroots to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving implementation through the DMAIC methodology.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to grassroot employees, to understand their needs and implement solutions that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Take ownership of projects, from scoping and planning to execution and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to identify areas for improvement, track progress, and report on project outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to communicate, findings, recommendations, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, mentoring and coaching team members to build Lean Six Sigma capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is required
  • More than 10 years of experience in process improvement and consulting, with a strong focus on commercial banking projects.
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Master’s degree in Business Management
  • Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification ts.
