What You Will Do

1 . Triage the potential bugs and report valid bugs to engineering

2 . Reproduce the issue, use investigative tools and dig through data to determine validity of the issue

3 . Demonstrate strong ownership on the potential bug, influence engineers and go above and beyond to get a clear resolution in a timely manner

9 . Take charge of crisis response by being involved in on-call rotation

11 . Manage outages effectively both for communication and issue resolution

Basic Qualifications

1 . At least 1 year of experience in a related field

2 . Prior experience in technical troubleshooting

3 . Intermediate data analysis and processing skills using spreadsheets with formulas and SQL

4 . Strong stakeholder management skills

5 . Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

1 . 1-2 years of experience in bug identification, triaging, bug reproduction, debugging and outage identification; or IT incident management

Or 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Software / Application tech issues investigation, problem identification, reporting observations to the tech team and getting them fixed

Or 1-2 years of data analytics/science experience with insights, and intermediate SQL and coding experience

Or 1+ years experience in Customer Support in an IT/tech company

Or combination of skills above

2 . Excellent communication and critical thinking/advanced problem solving skills (Critical skill)

3 . Schedule flexibility to work early, late or weekend shifts, as well as holidays

4 . Prior experience in technical troubleshooting

5 . Intermediate data analysis and processing skills using spreadsheets with formulas and SQL

6 . Strong stakeholder management skills

7 . Technical skills: basic SQL query and/or coding experience, intermediate sheets experience, proficient in Google Suites

8 . Good organizational skills and an ownership mindset and can-do attitude

9 . Javascript Programming and JSON data manipulation.

10 . Knowledge of web software and mobile user QA testing methods

11 . Knowledge of GraphQL &/or Lucid Charts is a plus

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$30.75 per hour.
