In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with Successfactors development/configuration/customization/enhancements
- Consultant should be able to configure Successfactors , as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF Modules.
- Experience of working in upgrades & Experience with third Party management/Integration with 3rd party tools Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices
- Experience in SAP SF LMS & SF LMS Certification: SF LMS (preferred)
- Will work on L2 type tickets in AMS environment (SLA applicable) Ticketing Tool Service Now & 2-3 Years with AMS experience is preferable.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams & Design implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors standard solutions to achieve defined business goals.
- Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management
- Should have worked on service now ticketing tool Knowledge of Jira tool Get to go person
