JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating and building relationships with Facility Managers, engineering teams, and technicians to service customer equipment to the highest standards
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with the customer by providing expert advice and acting as a maintenance specialist resource
  • Knowledge of Navigating and interrogating Building Management interfaces advantageous
  • Ensuring customer happiness through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
  • Reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives and use the technology such as the Customer Portal to drive this delivery.
  • Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
  • Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
  • Reporting near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Restricted Electrical Trade Certificate (Advantageous)
  • Open Cable License (Advantageous)
  • Driver's License
  • Intermediate Microsoft and computer skills
  • Creative, highly motivated individual, who can work independently and as part of a team.
