Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating and building relationships with Facility Managers, engineering teams, and technicians to service customer equipment to the highest standards
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with the customer by providing expert advice and acting as a maintenance specialist resource
- Knowledge of Navigating and interrogating Building Management interfaces advantageous
- Ensuring customer happiness through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
- Reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives and use the technology such as the Customer Portal to drive this delivery.
- Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
- Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
- Reporting near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Restricted Electrical Trade Certificate (Advantageous)
- Open Cable License (Advantageous)
- Driver's License
- Intermediate Microsoft and computer skills
- Creative, highly motivated individual, who can work independently and as part of a team.
